Last night for supper {the southern term for dinner}, we had pork chops and steamed broccoli. It was delicious. When I first looked at the sheet my nutritionist had given me, I rolled my eyes and thought 3 oz is not enough!! I'm still going to be starving... Lo and behold 3 oz was perfect. I made sure to savor every bite and eat slowly.
So, today is Wednesday and a lot of people are talking about their weight. Well, I want to talk about my non-scale victories for the week. So here they are:
{source}
-The line where my tummy overlapped onto my hips is almost gone. {Thank God!}
-My jeans are super loose
-When I crave sugar, it's for fruit and not chocolate
-I went to crossfit yesterday when all I wanted to do was sit at home
-Little by little my wedding ring is starting to fit again
-I wanted to throw-up during my workout yesterday but was determined to finish
-My goal was 10 rounds in 18 minutes. I did 11 rounds plus 10 box step-ups and 6 push presses.
What are some of your non-scale victories for the week?

Congrats on your NSV! I actually host a non-scale victories linkup every Thursday if you ever want to participate :)
Awesome non scale victories, those always make me so motivated!
Go girl get it get it!!!!!
Great post girl - I love this idea...
this is awesome girl! I always try to focus on non scale victories rather then the number because small efforts lead to big changes right?
I've never weighed myself before this week so my constant non scale victories are trying to get in a new size jeans!
I hate the scale. I am busting my ass off at the gym and eating really well. I fucking gained 5 lbs last week. They came off, but since then the scale has not moved. Stupid scale.
My NSV's are:
going to the gym or doing some type of exercise 6 days a week.
not going over my calorie's almost every day.
Eating whatever I wanted for superbowl sunday and not feeling guilty. Yes that is a victory. I earned it with all my hard work, and now I am back to the grind :)
Congrats on all of your victories.
I have lost 13.6 lbs since January 1 and was able to put my engagement ring back on this morning!! Woohoo!!
I pulled out a pair of size 14 jeans that I had bought but was never comfortable in....they fit! Time to pack up the size 16's.....
HAHA that first meem is so true! I have been doing xfit off and on for a few years now (although off right now) and can totally relate to this. Xfit gives you a new kinda sore you have never felt before.
I've only got one NSV this week but it's mine and I'm ecstatic that I have one. My new weight lifting workout is for 3x week amd I did it! That even meant when I didn't make it to the gym Wed morning I took my stuff with me and worked out after work at our work gym.
woot for your non-existant muffin top! Finding a flat tum is a fantastic feeling! I can't wait to get there myself!! =D
Some very deserving NSV!! My only obvious NSV this week was getting back in my skinnies (yes there a big size still but hey, I <3 them!)
