Running Shoe Link-up

The Hub's pretty much had to push me out of bed this morning.
I'm.so.sore.

Yesterday, I met up with a new trainer and made the mistake of saying "I'm not as sore as I thought I'd be!" As soon as that came out of my mouth I was thinking Well shit, they are really going to try to kill me now. The guy standing next to me was like "I wouldn't tell them that!!"

My fate was sealed for the next 20 minutes. Death by rowing machine. I'll be friends with the rowing machine one day but I don't think it'll be today...or even tomorrow. I only worked out for about 20 minutes and Ricky pushed me and pushed me pretty much to my breaking point.
It was over though, as fast as it started.

I can already tell a difference in my body! I've lost 3 el bee's since Saturday and I can see tiny little muscles on my biceps starting to show. Whoo hoo for small victories!! I'm going to be a badass by the time this is over. My mother-in-law told The Hub's I'd be able to kick his ass when this is all said and done.

Now on to the link-up.

I'm linking up with one of my favorite gals, Mel. She's looking for some new running shoes and I thought I'd throw my 2 cents in.

I love love love my Ryka Virtues.

These were one of those accidental finds. Over the summer, I was looking for workout clothes at Marshall's and came across these babies. I had been working out  and running with my cousin and my Reebok's were killing my feet. I tried these on and instantly they were a favorite!

These are made just for women. They have so much support it's amazing! I've been wearing them the last 2 days for Crossfit and my feet don't hurt at all. I feel like they support my whole body. I have no back pain, hip pain, knee pain, etc.

I'm pretty sure these are apart of the Kelly Ripa collection.
If you want to check them out, Naturalizer has them for $18 right now {+$6.50 shipping}. You can use the code natlovecc for an extra 15% off and if you are an Ebates member, you get 5% cash back. If you're not an Ebates member, feel free to use my link here

Anyways, all of the Ryka's have at least 4.5 stars on Naturalizer's website. There are also several others that are clearanced out. Go check them out!!

In other news, I go see the nutritionist this morning. She is going to give me a personalized meal plan. Then I get to go see my lovely trainers at Crossfit Waco. Hopefully, I can make it to the grocery store afterwards and not pass out in the produce aisle.

Hope y'all have a wonderful Tuesday!
